Constitutional transformation of the legal statusof individuals in the digital age

The article is devoted to the study of changes in the legal status of individuals in the digital age. Issues related to the preservation and protection of basic constitutional rights are examined, as well as the need to adapt these rights to modern challenges associated with the development of digital technologies. Particular attention is paid to finding a balance between ensuring security and protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals, as well as the role of civil society and international organizations in the process of transforming legal systems. In addition, various approaches to understanding the concepts of “legal status” and “legal position” in the context of contemporary realities are analyzed.
