Constitutional legal responsibility as an element of constitutional law

The article analyzes the essence and concept of constitutional and legal responsibility within the framework of modernity. Federal intervention is disclosed as one of the elements, forms of constitutional and legal responsibility that applies to all participants, subjects of constitutional and legal relations on the example of a number of foreign states and in comparison with Russia.
