Constitutional and legal guarantees of freedom of mass information in the Russian Federation

Freedom of expression is one of the most important human rights and freedoms in a democratic state. This right is enshrined in existing international human rights laws, as well as in most constitutions of various countries of the world. In the constitutional law of the Russian Federation, freedom of expression is one of the basic personal and political rights of a person and citizen. The scientific work examines and analyzes the constitutional and legal guarantees for the realization of freedom of thought and speech, as well as the constitutional system for the protection of freedom of thought and speech.
