Constitutional and legal framework of the activities of the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the topic of the constitutional and legal foundations of the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation. The norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the prosecutor's office and their changes are analyzed. The role of the prosecutor's office in the system of state power of the Russian Federation, its main functions and role in ensuring the rule of law of the country are examined.
