Constitutional and legal foundation of organization and functioning of the legislative assembly of the Rostov region on the federal and regional legislation

The article deals with the constitutional and legal regulation of organization and functioning of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region. The author carries out comparative analysis of the federal and regional laws regulating constitutional legal status of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region. The paper suggests the areas of improvement of the federal and regional legislation in this sphere of the constitutional legal regulation.
