Constitutional legal basis of legislative regulation of economic bases of local self-government

Аbstrаct. In article features of legislative regulation of financial and economic bases of local self-government are considered. Elements of state planning (coordination) of economic processes in Russia are analysed. It is revealed that in modern world practice modifications of three main economic systems function. It is proved complex purposeful activities of public authorities and local self-government for the purpose of providing an economic basis of the country.
