Constitutional right to receive medical care: the concept of medical care, the realization of the right to receive medical care

The article discusses issues related to the implementation of the constitutional right to receive medical care. The paper analyzes the problems faced by citizens when seeking medical help, and suggests ways to solve them. The problem of the realization of the human right to medical care under study is considered very relevant at the present stage of development of the Russian Federation, since the loss of human health detracts from the importance and importance of other benefits and values.
