The constitutional right of a child to inviolability and the problems of its realisation

In the article the authors analyse a child abuse as an aspect of infringement of his constitutional rights. The term, definition, characters, kinds and forms of child abuse are considered. Special attention is given to the concept of child abuse. Also authors give their own definition of the term “child abuse on the basis of the existing notions and definitions.
