The article deals with the integrity and complexity of a personal legal status, as well as its structure and content. The research is relevant due to the fact that the study of an institution which secures the legal status of a person as a legal regulator of the comprehensive and free development, analysis of a status of the individual in the contemporary civil society, the origins determining the state of a human being in the society and in the state, is always topical.
