Constitutional secularism: contemporary challenges and search of coping with situation

The article highlights the contemporary challenges to the constitutional secularism as a core of modernization program enrooted into countries with long-term religious traditions and with socio-political models different to the West European one. The author examines approaches to solution of problems of mismatching the Muslim culture and secular socio-political structure and their use in the various social realities.
