The author investigates federal constitutional laws, constitutional laws of republics in the Russian Federation. Their concepts, features, legal confirmation in a federal legislation and republican legislation are under consideration. The article analyzes relations, involved in the subject of the regulation by the constitutional law; and also problems of normative consolidation of the constitutional law's concept.
