The context of the consideration of psychological health as the basis of understanding its content

Problem and purpose.Consideration of the phenomenon of psychological health is associated with the context of socio-cultural circumstances in which it is formed and implemented. Contextuality of understanding psychological health is set by the objectives of education, including higher education, solution of which is directed, in particular, to the cultivation of the future competent professional. In the process of training, psychological health should ensure the full development of the learner as a subject of development and self-development. The purpose of the studyis to specify the understanding of the content of psychological health, taking into account the given context of its consideration. The research methodologyconsists of analysis and generalization of theoretical research works of foreign and domestic scientists recognized by the scientific community. Conclusion. The necessity of this problem is conditioned by the demands of the time. A healthy rising gen-eration will ensure the future of our society. The psychological health of the subjects of the educational process should be multiplied by raising the level of psychological competence, restoring and developing their psycho-emotional balance. The subject position is revealed through activity, values, reflection (self-reflection), experience, including cooperation. Understanding the individual and age-psychological characteristics of students allows us to set tasks for young people to realize their capabilities and possible transformations in the objective world with the requirements of the performed activity, the formation of competencies in accordance with the requirements of FSES of HE (general industrial, professional knowledge and skills related to subject transformations); formation of self-regulation, collective interaction. The subject position characterizes the learner as a person who, consciously, in the course of their activity, displays a value-semantic relation to one or another object. The structure of the subject position includes the motivational-value and activity-based components. The motivational-value component determines the strategy of the learner's behavior, while the activity-based component determines the implementation of this strategy, the ability to self-regulation and management of their own activities. The separation of the levels of the value attitude to the health of students themselves can be shown only through a subject position. At all times, health is seen as a value. Psychological health, which is the unity of many components, must be considered in a sociocultural context. Contextuality of the consideration of psychological health is both simultaneous and obvious, and it sets the basic strategy for studying this phenomenon at the present stage of the development of science.
