Context awareness is one of the key issues at the development of the facilities control system for meeting recording and supporting teleconference. An analysis of participant behavior including position in the meeting room, speech activity, and face direction, use of a projector or whiteboard allows the system to select the most actual multimedia streams for recording. Functional modules of the system and their communication during meeting web-transmission in the smart room are considered.
