The contract on service in bodies of internal affairs as an administrative act

Purpose: To determine the peculiarities of legal regulation of the contract on service in bodies of internal Affairs as an administrative act Methodology: We used a special scientific cognition methods: formal legal, comparative legal, historical, system analysis and others. Results: Based on the analyses of normative legal acts regulating employment and service relationships in the internal Affairs the conclusion that the contract on service in bodies of internal Affairs (police) is an administrative act and related to the regulation of administrative law is made. Novelty/originality/value: The article contains a consistent presentation of the argument in support of the conclusion that legal and administrative entity of the contract on service in bodies of internal Affairs on the basis of analysis of norms of the labour law and the acts regulating the service relationships in the internal Affairs bodies
