State regulation of the social sphere in the Kyrgyz Republic

The proposed scientific article reveals the concept of the social sphere and the influence of state institutions on its development, principles, objects and subjects, key mechanisms of social protection: state programs, including social insurance and social assistance, as well as systems of social services to the population of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also gives the main directions of social protection of the population from negative internal and external economic consequences in the Kyrgyz Republic.
