Controlling as one from modern management functions

The article deals with the organization and functioning of controlling in the enterprise. The influence of internal and external environment, especially in the conditions of economic sanctions, on the process of enterprise management is analyzed. The functions of controlling, which are grouped according to the content feature, are considered. It is argued that for effective management of the enterprise in terms of controlling and profit, it is necessary to clearly build the financial and organizational structure of the enterprise.
