Controlling the high-tech civil products production: features and the system structure

The purpose of the study is to form the structure of the controlling system for the production of high-tech civilian products. Research objectives: to substantiate the relevance of introducing a system of controlling the production of high-tech civilian products; determine the most significant classification features - the criteria for the decomposition of controlling, taking into account the characteristics of the controlling object; develop a classification of types of controlling for these industries; determine the structure of the controlling system based on the proposed classification. The object of the study is the enterprises of the military-industrial complex (MIC), which create high-tech civilian products. Research methods: comparative analysis of existing classifications of controlling, decomposition of controlling by classification criteria. According to the authors, the issues of forming the structure of the controlling system for the production of high-tech civilian products by defense industry enterprises, taking into account their specific features, remain insufficiently developed so far. It is the distinctive features of defense industry enterprises that make it possible to justify the introduction of a controlling system and determine its structure. The result of the study is to determine the classification features of the decomposition of the controlling system, taking into account the specifics of the production of high-tech civilian products; identification of the connection between the stages of the innovation process and the functional areas of controlling, between business processes and the management level; development of a classification of controlling in order to build the architecture of the controlling system for the production of high-tech civil products. The proposed classification differs from the existing ones by the introduction of such features that are essential for the formation of a controlling system for these industries.
