Convergence of information spaces as a factor of digital inequality reduction in the Eurasian economic space

This article is devoted to consideration of theoretical aspects of research of "information inequality" concept. The main parameters of information inequality in the Eurasian economic space are analyzed in the context of intensifying hypercompetition: level of economic development, informatization, competitiveness, access to the Internet, development of e-government institutions. The causes of aggravation of contradictions, strengthening of unevenness are revealed and the consequences of the digital divide in the economies of the Eurasian countries are considered. The directions of overcoming entropy information inequality, obtaining integration effects and achieving sustainable development of economies of the Eurasian region countries are considered. A concept of NBIC information space is introduced, the content of NBIC clusters is disclosed. The synergetic effect of information space transformation to NBIC information space has been determined. The necessity of transformation of the vector of information space development for the transition to NBIC information space is grounded. The economic efficiency of NBIC information space transition has been determined. It is proved that transition to NBIC information space will allow to ensure the convergence of information spaces clusters. The notion of information spaces convergence and its role in the characterized process of NBIC convergence is introduced. Finally, conclusions are made about the applicability of developed methods and models in the process of managing informatization and further prospects for research are discussed.
