Convergence in the bibliography: a modern approach to the creation of bio-bibliographic indexes

The article discusses the activities of the information and bibliographic Department of the scientific library of the Kuban State University to create bibliographic manuals that serve as informational scientific reference books. The assessment of their role and place in the information support of historical science is given. New approaches and methods for drawing up biobibliographic indexes of historical subjects.
