300 years ago various scientific disciplines began to be formed: mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geology. The next stage was an even narrower specialization, and as a result, to date, there are hundreds of various narrowly specialized areas in science. The emergence of science and then technology at the nanoscale led to the convergence of various fields of knowledge, in particular chemistry, biology, physics, medicine and their ascent to new heights of development. If the old technological revolutions remained for a long time in a limited territory, the new ones almost immediately cover the space of the whole planet. Nanotechnology expresses the current stage of scientific and technological progress and is one of the aspects of modernization. Convergent technologies are the "big four" technologies, which include information and communication technologies, biotechnologies, nanotechnologies and cognitive technologies. By shifting the bridge from science to the field of technology, it is possible to identify the logical scientific paradigmatic nature of the development of technological types of social production and technological clusters.
