The coordinating influence of the state on the formation of institutional environment

The article considers the problem of forming an institutional environment which would be beneficial for economic growth and would require a regularisation of economic processes on the basis of generally recognized principles and rules. The author pays attention to the discrepancies causing lack of institutional homogeneity of the environment and its internal tension.
