The article deals the problem of proteins deficit in pig forage, which can be compensated for soy bean. The possibility of this component cultivation on the territory of the RF Central Federative District is experienced by the scientists of the Kursk Region. A raw materials processing into universal feed addition (full-fat forage soybean flour) is effective for neutralization of factors of anti-nutritious soy bean and increase of nutritious elements digestion. Its usage in pig forage instead of traditional soy bean is economically profitable.
