The article is devoted to the study of practice of purposeful language building by members of social, in the research, occupational group. The author reveals two basic trends of the corporate language policy: the first one occurs when normalization goes from the part of the company executives and is set forth in a number of regulatory documents ("Company communication standards", etc.), the second one - from the part of the employees. The article gives the analysis of standards, rules and rituals of various companies in relation to such a widespread phenomenon in corporate communications as ribaldry.
