Corporate culture through the eyes of employees of social service institutions of the Trans-Baikal territory

The article defines the concept of organizational culture, and presents definitions by several authors. A survey was conducted among employees of social service institutions about the concept of corporate culture from their point of view, and a comparison was made between the definition of "corporate culture" from a scientific point of view and the point of view of employees. Conclusions are drawn about the introduction and development of corporate culture in social service institutions of the Trans-Baikal Territory, and its impact on the institution's activities.
