The effectiveness of the universities depends on the methods used to manage personnel. In particular, from socio-psychological methods, a kind of which is a corporate culture. The basis of the culture of the organization is a set of values and beliefs that are accepted and shared by employees. Therefore, the corporate culture of the university is seen as a mechanism to increase the level of employee loyalty and increase the communication component, and, consequently, the level of corporate culture of employees.
