Corporate identity in handling a business entity

The paper explored urgency in seeking a personal identity for a corporate body. A Corporate identity gains in importance while upgrading the corporate culture. The corporate identity consolidates the members of the staff for the sake of the common mission that makes for both a well-balanced development of an enterprise in economy terms and every member of the team, while facilitating awareness of the proper conduct required, i.e. showing respect, solidarity and goodwill to the colleagues. The paper also specified the properties, characteristics and basic duties of the corporate identity appearing for a an interface that is capable not only of encouraging a productive activity but also helps employees realize their personal value for the common cause. The study mentioned that even in case of one and only corporate identity, one can assume not only increase of labour productivity, but also some positive attitude changes in the employees to their professional duties performance, an increased interest in achieving jointly advancement of the company, and attitude changes in the scale of values and orientations.
