The relevance of the development of corporate social responsibility programs and the reasons for its appearence are shown in this article. The impact of these programs on the activities of corporations is also considered. The author reveals and analyzes the main principles of the corporate social responsibility. The place and the role of the corporate social responsibility in the management of the company are defined. The article substantiates the necessity for quality improvement of the main forms of the corporate social responsibility for efficient development and resolution of the problems of both the society and the companies.
