In the present article the author considers corporate social responsibility as a dialogue form with the power in the transforming Russia. The author emphasizes that in Russia the concept of corporate social responsibility has started to appear with transition from planned system in economy to the free market in connection with privatization of the enterprises and appropriate changes in the social infrastructure.
