Corporate governance of joint stock company: information transparency

Information disclosure is a fundamental principle of corporate governance, as it measures the “transparency” of a company. This article provides an analysis of the information transparency of IDGC of Center. The quality of the provision of information required for disclosure was evaluated, the timing of the publication of reporting documents and messages was analyzed. Special attention is paid to the process of preparation for the general meeting of shareholders. Based on the results of the analysis, a recommendation is given to improve the process of preparing for the OCA.
