Corporate governance in Russia and its impact on investment attractiveness

Despite the low assessment of the level of corporate governance by international agencies, in Russia there are positive developments in corporate legislation. Bank of Russia has managed to make significant progress in applying the provisions and principles of the Code. However, the level of corporate governance in Russian companies, due to a number of external and internal reasons, remains low and its increase is one of the most important task of shareholders and the management of companies.
