The article considers how the appearance of a corporate contract influenced judicial practice, whether judicial practice changed after reforms in the corporate sphere. It considers the expert opinion on the introduction of a corporate contract into court practice, the main advantages and disadvantages of a corporate contract, and also analyzes the judicial practice on the basis of which cites a number of provisions that should be followed when concluding a corporate contract to minimize the likelihood of litigation.
