New structural GABA analogues - RGPU-147, RGPU -195 compounds and phenibut, drug of comparison - limit the damaging stress effect on cardiac hystiocyte (Anitschkov myocyte) mitochondrion, impede the decrease of oxygen absorption rate by mitochondrion and inhibit the processes of oxidative phosphorylation under long stress conditions. On this evidence, respiratory control and phosphorylation efficiency index increase in pilot groups of stress animals in comparison with the control ones.
