Correction of characteristics of sensitive elements pressure sensors

Methods for correcting the nonlinearity and temperature dependence of the conversion function of primary measuring transducers are given. On the example of pressure sensors, the advantages and disadvantages of correcting in the elements of the primary transducer, adjusting only in individual links, and correcting introduced into subsequent elements of the measuring circuit are considered. Options for introducing automatic correction are shown. A classification of methods for correcting the nonlinearity of the transformation function and methods for correcting the temperature error is given.
