Paravasal microcirculation and indices of hemorheology were studied in 50 dogs during modeling acute thromboses of subcutaneous veins, their comparative analysis of standard (control) paravasal thrombolytic therapy with insertion of perftoran emulsion was performed in dynamics. Regional thrombolytic therapy using perftoran contributed to more effective correction of disturbed microcirculation of paravasal fat due to the recovery of microcirculatory bed architectonic, increased level of capillary circulation with increasing perfusion of paravasal tissue and normalizing rheologic properties of blood compared to control.
