Correction of psycho-emotional state in wives of servicemen with use of biofeedback

Psychoemotional lability of wives of servicemen is generated by many factors such as specifics of military service of their husbands, which can lead to escalation of proneness to conflict in interrelations, and as a consequence, to lower satisfaction with family life. The article presents the efficiency of correctional biofeedback treatment of wives of servicemen who are in stressful family situation. The activation of mechanisms of self-regulatory behavior, psychological adaptation, including complex cognitive and emotional principles to ensure purposeful actions in the stressful situation directed at the restoration of self-regulation of emotions and heightening of stressresistance was revealed.
