The problem of synthesis of the system of economic management of the manufacturing business of Industry 4.0 is considered, which ensures the regulation of business processes and business projects in the vicinity of the point of correlated equilibrium. The correlated equilibrium corresponds to the theoretical positions introduced by the Nobel laureate in economics R.J. Aumann, and is positioned as a dynamic state of business, which is complementary to change adequately to the challenges of productivity by the resources of the natural intelligence of managers and artificial intelligence (a ((correlating device»). A diagram of an economic management system that supports software, tracking and extreme methods of decentralized regulation of intrafirm business processes and business projects and centrally controlling the microeconomic indicators of an economic object is presented. The principles and tools of complementary management are relevant for the models of relations arising in the socioeconomic systems of high-tech manufacturing business, in whose work collectives there is an expanded management staff, aimed at solving economic problems of a market nature with a high parametric dimension.
