Correlation of leadership qualities from narcissism

This article describes the main approaches to the understanding of narcissism and leadership abilities, based on the ideas of prominent psychoanalysts. In this article were considered the qualities and shortcomings of the leaders of the narcissistic type. The author analyzes correlation of leadership from narcissism, made the appropriate conclusions. The relevance of this topic due to the increase in narcissistic tendencies and the emergence of the cult of «self» in society
