Correlation factor analysis of Russian demographic crisis

We are completing the publication of the fundamental research of Professor S. Sulakshina “The Russian demographic crisis: from diagnosis to coping” (“Power”, №№ 11, 12 for 2006). We think that the work will arouse interest, and we hope for responses not only among academic specialists, but also in political circles. The editorial board will continue the theme “People’s savings”, which today is one of the most important priorities of state policy.
