This article raises the problem of corruption of the customs authorities. The author researches such specific phenomenon as a corruption intermediation in a customs sphere. The paper discusses the economic, institutional and psychological aspects of this kind of the corruption intermediation. Showed the genesis of this phenomenon, estimated its social danger.
