Corruption factors contributing to human trafficking

Purpose: To study the factors that contribute to human trafficking in the modern world. Methodology: Inductive and formally legal methods were used. Results: The article identifies the main corruption factors that contribute to human trafficking: the desire to hide the illegal source of profit; illegal production of documents by corrupt officials; an economy that depends on the labor of migrants; profit from participation of state officials in the organization of trafficking in persons. It is established that corruption is generated by the desire to exploit the labor of victims of human trafficking. The most dangerous corruption factor is the participation of state officials in trafficking in human beings Novelty/originality/value: The paper has a high scientific value, since it is one of the first attempts to consider corruption as a factor related trafficking.
