Corruption crimes in the sphere of housing and communal services, committed by employees of state and municipal institutions and organizations

Purpose: To investigate the investigative actions used in the disclosure of corruption crimes in the housing and communal complex committed by employees of state and municipal institutions and organizations, to develop a regulation on the private forensic methodology for investigating these crimes. Methodology: In the process of studying the problem of corruption, the method of logical, statistical analysis and the formal legal method were used. Results: The article presents and examines the statistics of corruption crimes in the sphere of housing and communal services, among persons receiving a bribe. The methodology of applying investigative actions in practice to solve corruption crimes in the housing and utilities sector is studied. A special methodology has been developed for the interaction of the investigator with specialists in the field of housing and communal services, experts, and control and audit bodies, which is necessary for the effective detection and suppression of corruption crimes in the field of housing and communal services committed by employees of state and municipal institutions. A set of measures to eliminate corruption among regional operators for major repairs is proposed. Novelty/originality/value: Тhe article is characterized by scientific novelty and has practical value.
