"KPIS of the state administration of the road industry": in search of indicators to assess the effectiveness of the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of development and preservation of the road network, road activities and development of the road economy of the regions

Based on the analysis of an independent analysis of more than three dozen specialized sectoral strategic planning documents of various subjects of the Russian Federation, the author of the article was able to identify, collect, process, analyze and group according to independently developed functional bases of classification of indicators to assess the effectiveness of the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation for the development and preservation of the highway network, road activities and road development, developed by the regional authorities themselves for the purposes of indicative planning and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of state programs in this area.
