Brief description of individual personal constitutional rights and freedoms

In this article basing on consideration of individual personal rights and freedoms of a person, I have carried out an analysis of constitutional-legal status of the person in our country. The object of study is personal rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen. Subject of study are the specific of personal rights and freedoms of human and citizen in the Russian Federation. Namely the right to life, dignity, liberty and inviolability of the person and the right to privacy, inviolability of the home, freedom of movement, choice of place of residence. As in any Democratic State, the main task of the legal system in our country is guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of its citizens. In this connection, the question of the legal status of the citizen is very relevant at the moment.
