A brief analytical review of the state of crime in the territory of the Russian Federation (2010-2017)

This article examines the state of crime in the territory of the Russian Federation for the period from 2010 to 2017. Using the statistics of the Main Information and Analytical Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the crimes and persons who committed them, the number of victims and types of crimes committed in the territory of the Russian Federation and in its federal districts the article draws general conclusions on the state of the criminological situation in the country. The results can be used both to further study the state of crime in Russia, and in the analytical work of law enforcers.
