Бесплатный доступ

The paper examines contemporary approaches to monitoring the condition of Russian cultural heritage objects located abroad. Emphasis is placed on the significance of preserving material objects as essential components of cultural identity and transnational memory. Special focus is given to management methods that leverage the involvement of regional and local communities, including crowdsourcing and network-based interactions. The cultural dimensions of object perception, attribution, and their influence on the preservation and popularization of heritage are analyzed. Key challenges and opportunities within the cultural sphere are identified, enabling the proposal of new methodological frameworks for the preservation and activation of cultural memory.
