Crowdsourcing projects: a space of interaction between society and the government

The present article deals with analyzing new information and communication technologies, in particular political crowdsourcing, in public administration, which is getting the growing popularity nowadays. It is aimed at the citizens' participation in public control processes and the elaboration of management, political and legislative solutions. The authors show examples that demonstrate the effectiveness of this technology and its importance for the experience of formation of civic participation in governance and public control processes. This experience contributes to the development of civil society and political environment formation that promotes the progress of «good governance», which is an important part of the successful development of the country.
