Artist painter, illustrator, I practice oil painting, acrylic and drawing. I also work sculpture with wool, textile and computer recovery parts as a base. According to the themes I tackle, related to shamanism and the earth, I experiment these different techniques that I practice daily, based on numerous researches and readings that are at the base of my artistic reflection. I particularly appreciate the diversity and the considerable field of experimentation that such diverse materials represent for me. "Peace", this illustration which is part of a series on women and mandalas. Faced with the drama of wars and violence all over the planet, this fragile peace can only cry in the face of human madness. The Mandala visual representation of the universe is there to remind us that we are part of a much larger whole that connects us to each other, and that should make us act towards each other with great love and humility. The dragonfly that adorns the character's head symbolizes the wisdom of transformation and our ability to adapt. It also symbolizes the change and the necessary light that we must acquire so that we can live in peace not only with our fellow human beings but with all the living beings that populate our planet. It invites us to delve deeper into our feelings. Flowers and plants are there to represent the immense respect that we should all have for Mother Earth, to thank her for her generosity that nourishes and fills us with wonder. The colours are those of the rainbow which symbolizes Peace.
