Loan history of borrowers in pandemic conditions

The coronavirus pandemic has affected absolutely all areas of social life, the economic one is no exception. The purpose of this article is to analyze the dynamics of citizens' appeals to credit institutions with the requirement to restructure a loan or loan during the coronavirus pandemic. Based on the above analysis, the measures taken urgently by the Government of the Russian Federation during the "first wave" of coronavirus were timely, popular and effective.
