Criminalistics characteristics of the personality of a sexual rapist (based on the materials of the Republic of Belarus)

Based on the results of studying the materials of criminal cases against sexual inviolability and sexual freedom, the article presents the criminalistics characteristics of the personality of a sexual abuser in the Republic of Belarus. Statistically verified data on social, age and individual psychological characteristics of sex offenders are presented, their content and interrelationships are analyzed. The features of the manifestation of these signs at various stages of criminal actions and the need for their establishment, investigation and proof in the investigation of these types of crimes are determined. The author pays special attention to the significance of the criminalistics characteristics of the identity of the rapist in the production of investigative actions against him and the use of tactical techniques.
