Criminalistic characteristic of the crimes connected with illegal turnover of alcoholic products

Every day in our country, law enforcement officers are faced with the problem of illicit trafficking in alcoholic beverages. In places such contact may be numerous markets, shops, underground plants, transport networks and nodes. Basically the nature of their activities against illicit liquor encountered the police, do not have special knowledge in the areas needed to establish their originality and compliance requirements. Often the detection of alcohol products from the police officer does not have enough time to establish the fact of its legitimacy, and its withdraw based on doubtful conjecture, regardless of the amount, the presence of accompanying documents, the relevant details, special excise duty stamps, etc. Subsequently, after expert studies, it established that the withdrawn products conform to the requirements, however, violated the interests of manufacturers, distributors, carriers, businesses and consumers in the final result (especially on the eve of public holidays and weekends). In this article, the author was brought and briefly described criminological characteristics of crimes related to illegal circulation of alcohol products.
